How To Free Yourself Up In Training

When i get out of just get this done

And start to look at what do i actually want this to do for me

A different effect is created

For real

What do you want your training to do for you

Cause i know between school and class or work and family and financial stress and relationships being tough

Between alllll that

In training sometimes it be like just let me get this done so i can do the next thing and the next thing and then finally be done with the day and have something i actually WANT to do like lay in bed and rest


Ya know what I’m talking about

Getting through all that stuff till you get to what you actually want to do

But look man remember

As long as you continue to do things you don’t want to do you are going to create resistance in yourself to what you’re doing

It’ll turn into more and more things you do just because you have to or are supposed

And eventually you get to the point you’re not really even doing what you originally set out to do

And thats when the life gets drained out

Walking around doing stuff that isn’t really even you

What change am i making

I am the one initiating this, how do i want to do it

Like literally

Cause you could stop right now

You could stop EVERYTHING you’re doing right now

All you’d have to do is choose to do that

So then

What do you actually want to do?

Do that
