How Impulses Are Different

I think that a major benefit of the impulses is that you can impulse as hard as you want. And there's nothing that is going to get in the way of stopping you. If I'm lifting a weight, there can get to a point where, like, I fail where I can't lift the weight. And an impulse is just like, There's nothing that's stopping you from impulsing as hard as you can and I think that's a very unique stimulus to give a body to give a system because, for me, I want to be able to stimulate someone maximally. Like, for them to be able to take and direct every single ounce of their being into something.
Without worrying about anything other than doing that, and with the weight— sometimes you start to worry about failing an impulse and you don't right?
And so the description we'll use is like: Impulse with everything that you have into it and keep going until you feel that area is energized and feeling exactly the way that you want it to. So just by creating the ending at the end we want your body to feel the way that you want it to, we create that as the end and then it's up to you to create that. You keep going until you create that.
