Look at the things that you are afraid to do
Look at the areas of your body that you have fear of
Look at the story you continually tell yourself about WHY you’re afraid of these things
Literally - my elbow hurts and i need to be afraid of it because of what the MRI said
Or i hurt my knee on that cut and so now i have to warm it up more
Or i have a hard time with trusting the shoulder again after having to shut it down 3 times in the last year

Don’t have to be like that

You’re supposed to be scared, afraid, try to not hurt yourself
Like a piece of glass
That’s probs your whole life
Other people telling you what you can’t do, shouldn’t do, need to be careful with
How bout we look at the other side
And turn you into a freak
