Handling Days You’re Not Feeling It

If we being real i think we all understand that some days it legit feels like you just don’t have it
Had one of those days and it was an interesting spot
Cause it was like I really really really really really did not want to do it
But then did it anyway
And it was a weird thing. Like almost being able to see myself not wanting to do it but then deciding to do it anyway
And it was like what i am attempting to push towards and get became more real
I don’t know kind of hard to describe. But just like walking back after the sprints and looking around and being like yeah this is what we’re doing
And being like weirdly excited that i was deciding to do what i was doing but still extremely “out of it” in regards to feeling like i had a lot of juice
So how does this relate to you?
I guess it’s just that in order to get to a new level you will have to experience new things. And in order for me to get to a new level i will have to experience new things
That does not always mean those new things will be things we want to experience
And i think it’s really really really easy to forget that. Or maybe we don’t forget it, but more like we remember but then don’t persist through in doing the actual physical action ya know
Like allowing the thought or emotion of something to get in the way of the physical action
When doing the physical action THROUGH that thought and emotion is probably exactly what we need to experience, or have to experience, to get to x new level or thing
It’s just like “oh yeahhhhhh - i asked for something different, i guess now we’ll feel something different”
Not super fun in the moment - but i mean hey at least it’s different lolol

Sprints didddd feel slow tho - makes sense with it feeling like i had half juice on the “max isos” i did
