Gotta Be a Freak To Do Freak Things

So if you want the 150 pitches you throw every 5th day to not feel like 150 pitches then you have to get ahead of that to the point that 150 pitches quite literally is not that bad

And it doesn’t mean we do this like an idiot

Doesn’t mean we just throw volume on you and hope you survive

But it does mean we put together a plan to actually get there


For example the handstands above were done after 1000 rebound bench reps with an empty bar

So we’re not going to start with that right

But lets imagine you can do that

You can do 1000 rebound reps with a bar and then go and accumulate 5 min of a handstand iso and then do 1x300 reps of an impulse on each side without stopping…

Like lets just imagine we get you to that place

The 150 pitches isn’t going to matter

Like quite literally

I just don’t know, honestly, if that sounds realistic to anyone cause it’s not the intent or focus of the majority of training programs I’ve seen

But it’s possible

Will it happen in a day or a month, nah

But if there’s high level of intent put into it over a long period of time

That can get created

Like it is actually physically, mentally, emotionally possible to get your performance to be and feel easy

It simply takes MORE than most are willing to do or put you through

Cause it’s exceptional - just to be straight up

Who is going to do that? Quite literally train like a madman to the point you have the OPPOSITE response of all the teammates that are like arm is hanginggggg after a start

Ya know, to NOT have that response… isn’t normal

So yeah, it’s gonna be different.

It has to be, otherwise the outcome - the way you feel and perform… won’t actually be different
