Getting Out Of Chronic Pain

If you've had the same arm pain or the same knee pain or the same hip pain or the same spine pain or the same back pain for like years and years and years on end, or even for months and months and months on end, and what you're doing isn't working, the very basic principle that works in those cases or in those scenarios is that you have to actually do something that's different enough and that's stimulating enough to actually cause some change in the system.
If you just continue to do the same thing that you've been doing where it has been progressing, it hasn't been changing, it makes no logical sense that that actually... That would actually cause any level of change, right?
And so what you have to do is almost think about taking that tissue, taking the area, taking your body, taking your system— like waking it up.
Actually, being like, 'Yo, this is what we want you to do by doing something that's stimulating enough to cause it to wake up and to cause it to pay attention, which can then, after that point, allow it to then progress or make change or make progress.
But just continuing to do the same thing over and over and over again is going to keep it in that chronic state literally because doing the same thing over and over again, isn't itself chronic.
