Forget the Anabolic Window

Forget the Anabolic Window

This for real too. I’ll get done training most days 3-4pm. I’ll eat twice a day, first meal around 10:30 am, second meal around 10:30-11pm.

Why?

Cause it doesn’t matter.

Like look man, MJ isn’t MJ cause of a damn anabolic window

You’re putting focus on the things that are easier to control because you do not want to confront the reality of the difficulty that it’s going to take to ACTUALLY get where you want or what you want

It’s easy to eat 20 min after a training session

It’s not easy to change the entirety of who you are through a training session by staying in a slow lower position 3 min AFTER it first started to burn and hurt and tell you to stop

Get it?

The change that is required of you to ACTUALLY move a needle in your life

Takes effort

Takes energy

Takes the willingness and choosingness to stay awake. To stay aware. To not fall into your normal daily routine. To push. To shove. To pull. To actually MOVE.

It takes you actually changing the person you are.

And the training is our lab for that. It’s HOW we learn to do that. THAT is the focus of a “DAC” session

It’s not impulses. It’s not joint moves. It’s not isos or slow lowers.

It’s that.

If the food thing seems impossible to you, I have the Nutrition Guide linked below. That is where you’d learn more on what i consider most important in that regard

May not fit with everyone, and that’s fine. But it’s what I’ve found to work for me/others and is there if you want it.
