Energy Drinks And Training

Energy Drinks And Training

August 26, 2025

So, if you need pre-workout, I'm not saying if you take pre-workout, I'm saying if you NEED pre-workout or you NEED an energy drink or you NEED something like that, start to look at what is it in your training or what is it in your life that is taking away and suppressing the energy that you have?

Because you should be able to produce energy for those things that you want to do, right? If you're feeling like you are fatigued and like you're tired once in a while, fine, but if you're feeling like you're chronically fatigued, like you chronically can't get up, like you chronically can't do those things that you want to do, there is something in your life, whether it's your training, it's the conversations that you have with the people that surround you, whatever it is, there are things in your life that aren't in alignment with how you want it to be, and those things are pulling you down.

And yes, this, like I know, when we're talking energy drinks, it's like, 'Oh, just have fun and go smash an energy drink.' Great. But do you NEED it?

Because what fires me up is actually getting people on a line where their life is getting better and better and better, in addition to the training, the performance, and etc.

So, if you're legitimately feeling fatigued and tired all the time, start to look at that. Because we should be able to train hard, we should be able to perform well, without those energy drinks, and without needing those pre-workouts, to get you going, because you can produce energy if there is not something that is suppressing you.
