Don’t Be A Slave To Pain

I know you walk around with this never ending fear that the pain in your arm, your knee, your hip…

Has to be addressed. Has to be fixed. And is working against you.

It’s not

And it’s possible to actually feel that for yourself

Not believe it because you read it

But actually feel it

And KNOW it

For you

All it takes is a different education

A different viewpoint

A different understanding

And i get it

Right now that might not make sense

You be like what do you mean bro pain is bad. Pain means my body is deteriorating. Pain means I need an MRI. Pain means I need PRP. Pain means I need to get it rubbed out. Pain means PAIN and ahhhhh (yell, scream, feel frustrated inside your head)

Not saying it’s going to be easy

But it’s possible to get yourself out of that state

To actually understand

And not feel like a slave to the way your body feels

But to be in control of how it feels

And not because you’re “better than it”

But simply because you understand and work with it

Fine if you don’t believe that’s possible

I get it

But also fine if you’re willing to consider it is

And let yourself want to get there
