Basic premise here is very simple
If you ask yourself to only do things that requires lots of tension and very limited range of motion
Then your body will get very good at lots of tension with limited range of motion
But if you do that PLUS show your body that it ALSO needs to be able to move with full range and more specific tension to allow that full range
Then it will allow you to continue to do that, even as you push the former
BUT IT HAS TO BE INTENSE ENOUGH
If your squats and deads and bench stimmy the life out of you
But then your hip and shoulder end range work be done while yawning on the couch
That ain’t gonna work
(I mean body will adapt exactly correct but not gonna be how you want it)
