The goal of what we do is actually very simple. It's to look at what it is that you want to do. Just look at that. What is it that you actually want to do in its entirety, right? What is that?

The goal of our training, the goal of our preparation, is to get you to the point where you have no doubt that you can do that. That's it.

If we take out all the other fluff, if we take out what are the exercises, what are the sets, reps, what are the da-da-da-da-da-da-da, right? If we take all that out, that is simply what we're doing.

What is it that you want to be able to do? Great. Our goal is to get you in a position where you have no doubt that you can do that thing.
