Do I Have Early Stage Scoliosis?

Do I Have Early Stage Scoliosis?

September 5, 2025

So I made a post the other day that was showing asymmetry in my spine. The point of the post was to show that asymmetry does not have to equal, or does not cause, pain or injury. And it was a joke, but someone in the comments wrote, "It looks like you have early stage scoliosis,” right? And it was funny.

But at the same time, understand that someone that doesn't have the same viewpoint and perspective as me, this is literally what happens. You go to the doctor, you have a friend, or you have whatever, tell you, "Hey, look, it looks like you have early stage scoliosis." And then you start to think in your head, "I have early stage scoliosis." Whether you for sure believe it or not, that idea is planted in your head.

If you don't know for sure that it does not matter, right? If you know for sure, then that idea is going to be planted in your head, and then that is going to continue to affect you. So this is my point. When you're looking at what you pay attention to, what you put your attention on, instead of putting your attention on the thing that could be wrong, instead of me looking at, "Oh, my spine isn't perfectly straight," instead of looking at that, look at building the top.

Look at what you're creating. Look at the health, right? Look at the top end of that, instead of putting the emphasis or the focus on what could be wrong.
