Dealing With Annoying Aches And Pains

July 28, 2025

If you're having some lingering injury, some lingering pain, or some lingering sensation, soreness, etc. Understand that all that means is that you have not put your body in a position to need or to allow it to not present that to you. It's not an annoyance; it's not something that's wrong; it's not something that's bad; it's not something that your body shouldn't have if it's there.

There's a very specific reason that your body has it and is putting it there. Otherwise, it would not be there. So instead of looking at 'oh, this is frustrating, this is annoying'. Look at understanding how my body's actually working with me. My body's trying to give me a signal. My body's trying to tell me something. I can use that instead of trying to oppose it.

And I understand that it can be frustrating if it's getting in the way of you performing in your sport or whatever it is that you want to do. But looking at it in that way doesn't actually help us to solve the problem or solve the issue because your body will not present something that it has no need to present.

So, if that's the case, if you're having these lingering issues, there's something that you need to change or something that you need to do to put your body in a position where it no longer needs to present that. And then it won't. It's working with you. It's not working against you.
