Cut This Out For Maximal Training Adaptations

The things that you do outside of your training, like if you're sleeping, or if you're eating, or even the actions that you take with others, the communication that you have with others, all those things are going to have a direct impact on the actual training that you do and your willingness and want to do the training that you're doing and your willingness and want for your body to actually feel and perform well.

 Because if you are doing things that are against either your own code of what you think you should do or against the code of what others know and think you should do as well, you’re going to feel the effects.

Doing those things are going to inhibit your actual willingness to want to do the sessions, to want to do the training, to actually want your body to feel good. 

So pay attention to those things that you're doing. Not only in the training, making sure that you stick to your code of what you say you're going to do in the training, but also what you're doing outside, as that's going to have a direct impact on what you're doing inside the training, how well you can actually prepare and want to prepare yourself for your sport.
