So guys what does this actually mean
It means that the way i respond to a slow lower that’s difficult

To a number that doesn’t seem to want to fall…
Is a training for how I respond to a conversation that is tough
How i respond to the difficulty of the creativity needed to keep it fresh
How i respond when it would be easier to just quit

Practically:
If my hip is burning then I need to change the way I am using my hip.
If i am unable to reach somebody i need to change the method of reach
If a number will not fall there is some aspect included in getting to that number i do not know
