There is a level of pure physical stimulus you will need to be able to process to handle any one of those

The getting-to of them - going from where you’re at to actually being able to do them - will require you to handle the pure physical stimulus of those or that thing(s)

Which is simple enough to think about

But then, man, it has to actually be done

A dude that is sitting here reading this that wants to do any of those 4 above (or his version of it)

But then thinks it’s absolutely nuts when he sees a 6 foot depth drop, or 5 min slow lower, or 3000 impulse reps, heavy weight hold, whatever

When he sees a display of raw physicality and does not consider that HE has to become the one to do that

To DO it

Not WATCH it

But DO it

Does not have a chance at becoming that thing until he no longer sees it as nuts, but an absolute necessity

Cause if it’s not right now

That “not right now” will continue on into eternity
